Nutrition support for women’s health

Nutrition support may be helpful if you are experiencing:

PCOS - Support with blood sugar regulation, inflammation, cycle regularity and hormonal balance through targeted nutrition strategies.

Painful or irregular periods - Exploring possible nutritional and lifestyle drivers behind cycle disruption, heavy bleeding, pain and hormonal symptoms.

Preconception and fertility - Supporting your body with the nutrients, dietary foundations and lifestyle strategies that can help optimise health before trying to conceive, including support alongside IVF or IUI.

Postpartum recovery - Helping replenish nutrient depletion, support energy and mood, and nourish your body during the postnatal period, including breastfeeding support where needed.

Gut health, fatigue and hormonal wellbeing - Looking at digestion, energy, food patterns and foundational nutrition to better support overall health and wellbeing.

What does a consultation involve?

If you’re living with PCOS, preparing your body for pregnancy, or rebuilding after birth, nutrition is one of the most powerful tools available to support your health.

Our consultations are for people who want personalised, evidence based nutrition support that goes beyond generic advice. We look at the full picture, including your health history, hormones, cycle, digestion, energy and diet, to understand what may be contributing to your symptoms and what support will be most helpful.

Your initial consultation includes:

• A comprehensive review of your health history, symptoms, cycle, digestion and current diet
• Dietary and lifestyle analysis to identify key contributing factors
• A personalised nutrition plan tailored to your goals and presentation
• Targeted supplement recommendations where appropriate (including liaising with our team of Naturopaths as needed)
• Practical and realistic food and lifestyle strategies
• Referral for functional pathology testing if indicated

Your nutrition plan is designed to work alongside your broader care team, including your GP, naturopath, midwife, physiotherapist or specialist.
