Brianna Edwards - Women’s Health Physiotherapist Kiama

Brianna Edwards is a passionate Post Graduated Qualified Women's Health Physiotherapist and the founder of Sunny Natal. With a deep understanding of pregnancy, postpartum, and pelvic health, she is dedicated to supporting women through every stage of their journey. Brianna combines expert care with a warm, personalised approach to help women move, feel, and live better.

Zoe Cohalan - Physiotherapist, Kiama

Zoe is a passionate Physiotherapist with experience at the Royal Hospital for Women in Sydney, supporting women through pregnancy and the postnatal period with a strong focus on safe, evidence based exercise guidance. She has completed her Level 1 Sports Physiotherapy Certification, bringing advanced rehab skills, strength programming, and return to sport support into her women’s health care. Zoe has a particular passion for helping women return to sport after having a baby, blending evidence based care with hands on techniques such as dry needling to help women feel strong, confident, and supported in their recovery.

Rachel Ianni - Midwife, Kiama

Rachel is a midwife and mum of three offering compassionate, woman-centred care for families across Kiama and the South Coast. With almost a decade of nursing experience and six years in midwifery, she has spent recent years supporting women and their babies in remote NSW and the NT. Having experienced two homebirths herself, Rachel values continuity of care, cultural safety, and empowering women to make confident, informed choices through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

Melissa Poczwa - Naturopath, Kiama

Melissa Poczwa is a dedicated degree qualified naturopath with a passion for supporting women’s health through all stages of life. With a holistic and evidence-based approach, she helps women navigate hormonal balance, gut health, fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum wellness. Melissa combines natural therapies, nutrition, and lifestyle support to empower women to take charge of their health and feel their best. (Currently on Maternity Leave in 2026)

Kira Bramley - Naturopath, Kiama

Kira is a degree-qualified clinical naturopath with a special interest in women’s hormonal, gut, and vaginal health. She supports women through every stage from preconception and pregnancy to postpartum and beyond - helping them understand their bodies and feel empowered with clear, evidence-based care.

Kira combines the wisdom of traditional naturopathic medicine with modern functional testing to uncover the root causes of imbalance. Through herbal medicine, nutrition, and lifestyle support, she helps women restore balance, energy, and a deeper sense of wellbeing.
