A 6-week journey to prepare your body, heart, and mind for birth

Pregnancy is a time of transformation - physically, emotionally, and spiritually. It can be beautiful, overwhelming, exhausting, and empowering… sometimes all in the same moment.

Our 6-week Prenatal Yoga Course is designed to hold space for all of it. Led by experienced yoga teacher Brig Fenske, this course blends gentle movement with breath work, birth preparation and community, helping you feel stronger, softer, and more supported through every stage of pregnancy.

What to Expect

Each week you’ll explore yoga practices tailored to the changing needs of your body and baby. This isn’t about performance or pushing. It’s about moving mindfully, breathing deeply, and building the tools to support you through pregnancy, labour and early motherhood.

You’ll:

  • Learn safe, supportive ways to move during pregnancy

  • Build strength and ease common aches and tension

  • Explore breathing techniques to calm your nervous system

  • Prepare physically and emotionally for labour

  • Connect with other local mums-to-be in a warm and welcoming space

This course is perfect if you're feeling tight, tired, or simply needing a moment each week to reconnect. Whether you're brand new to yoga or already have a practice, you’ll be gently guided through each session with care.

This program is for you if:

Investment: $210 for the full 6-week course
